Scaling Your Personal Productivity: The Missing Link Between Effort and Wealth

In 2017, I came across a video illustrating the stark reality of global wealth inequality. The visuals were striking, but what captured my attention even more was the question it raised: Why is wealth distributed so unevenly across the world? That question stayed with me for years.

Today, global wealth inequality has reached staggering new heights. According to the 2025 UBS Global Wealth Report, a tiny fraction of humanity holds the vast majority of the world’s assets. At the very top, just 1.6% of the global adult population (roughly 60 million people) controls 48.1% of all global wealth.

When you expand that view slightly to look at the global affluent class (individuals holding more than $100,000 in assets) they make up about 17% of the world’s population but command an astonishing 85% to 88% of total global wealth.

In sharp contrast, the bottom of the economic pyramid is incredibly crowded and under-resourced. Individuals with less than $10,000 in assets account for 41% of the world’s population (approximately 1.6 billion people), yet they collectively own a meager 0.6% of global wealth. This severe imbalance underscores a deeply fractured economic landscape, where nearly half the world shares less than one percent of its financial prosperity.

As I studied economics, leadership, human capital development, and the patterns behind wealth creation, I realized there was no single explanation for this complex issue. However, one factor consistently stood out:

Many people do not understand the key drivers of value creation and wealth in our global economy.

Most people are taught how to work hard, but very few are taught how to increase the level at which they produce value. As a result, they remain trapped in productivity models that limit their growth, income, and influence.

This realization led me to develop Scaling Your Personal Productivity: a course designed to help individuals rethink how they create value and position themselves for greater impact and prosperity.

This is not a “get rich quick” course. It is a mental model transformation course.

The central idea is this: Your productivity playbook matters more than your current income level. Income and indeed wealth are often a reflection of the level at which you create and multiply value. Therefore to change your financial trajectory, you must first change your productivity playbook.

In this course, you will discover the six levels of productivity and economic participation:

The reality is that the level at which you produce largely determines the level at which you participate in wealth creation. Those who understand how to move from effort-based productivity to leverage-based productivity gain access to opportunities that remain “invisible” to others.

The goal of this course is not merely to teach you how to earn more. It is to help you understand the economic principles that shape success in the modern world and provide a practical roadmap for scaling your productivity, expanding your impact, and ultimately changing your life’s trajectory.

If you’ve ever wondered why some individuals, organizations, and nations create disproportionate value and attract disproportionate wealth, this course will give you a framework for understanding and applying the answer.
